Proposed Jude's Sixth Industrial Park Addition
The proposed Jude's Sixth Industrial Park Addition encompasses 24 acres with utilities currently available on Spruce Avenue. Utilities will also be available on the proposed 6th Street NW. Utilities will be provided through Tax Increment Financing. All or any part of this proposed addition is available for development. This land will be zoned industrial requiring a 75 foot setback from the city street, a 30 foot side yard setback and a 35 foot rear yard setback. A variance can be requested from these setbacks.
