The Maple Lake City Council consists of a mayor (2 years term) and 4 council members (4 year terms).
Council meetings are held regularly the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. The Council meetings are broadcast on Channel 12 every day at 10:00 AM, 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and midnight.
The Maple Lake Council meeting are broadcast "Live" on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
There is also a Planning Commission that meets the 2nd Tuesday meetings, and a Park Board that meets as needed.
