The Following is some basic information regarding the water/sewer/refuse system in the City of Maple Lake.
The City of Maple Lake sends one bill every two months for water/sewer/refuse. This bill includes water and sewer charges based on your usage.
WATER

REFUSE
Refuse (monthly rate) 9.50
Recycling (monthly rate) 1.50
You will be billed approximately the end of the next month, with your bill payable by the middle of the following month.
Garbage pick-up is every Wednesday. All garbage must be curbside by 6:00 a.m. Veolia Environmental Services, 1-888-251-8919, is providing all households with a 65 gallon cart and a recycling bin at no additional cost to you. The carts have a handle and wheels and are easy to move. Tags will be available for purchase at city hall at $3.50 per tag for each additional 30-gallon bag of garbage.
